🔄 Cancellation Policy

For Orders:

  • You can cancel your order within [e.g., 12 hours] of placing it or before it is shipped—whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

💰 Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following cases:

✅ Eligible Refunds

  • Cancelled orders (before dispatch)
  • Defective, damaged, or wrong products received
  • Service not delivered as promised (for digital/services)

❌ Non-Eligible Refunds

  • In Case the delivery was an Open Box delivery
  • Orders cancelled after shipment
  • Products returned without original packaging or used products
  • Downloaded digital goods or services already rendered
  • Customized products (unless defective)

🔁 Return Process (if applicable)

If your product is eligible for return:

  1. Contact us within [e.g., 3 days] of delivery.
  2. Provide order details and issue (with photo evidence if damaged).
  3. Ship the product back (return shipping charges may apply unless the issue is ours).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

💳 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Wallets: Within 48 hours

📦 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated time:

  1. Recheck your bank account or card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.
